A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Something is changing in the sky in Naples and despite the great heat there are clouds that thicken behind Vesuvius as they were not seen for several weeks now.
The air is still very hot and there are some annoying winds and quite strong. A dangerous mixture has been created for the thick and dry brushwood that has formed in this long period of drought. Three small fires broke out in the outdoor gardens of the park. I promptly reported the danger that the park was running. I called the fire brigade and urged them to move because there was also a van threatened by the flames and it could have triggered a devastating accident.
Fortunately, the almost immediate intervention of the fire brigade of a nearby station took care to prevent the whole area from catching fire. But for four small palms there was nothing to do.
I don’t know how the arsonists started the fire, but they sure have been very stealthy because the park is populated by a lot of racers these days.
But their plans were blown, even though they did a lot of damage. Certainly if there had been proper maintenance to the gardens would not have developed the fire because the dry weeds would have been removed.
Even intoxicated by the fumes of the developed fires your David continues to be alive reaching the stage number 57 of iamalivechallenge.
