Unfortunately, the policies of central banks are made more of talk than of facts and if you continue to create fear people run away selling their assetts. Instead of curbing inflation, the economy will come to a complete halt.
In the morning I had a visit from an old friend of mine who came to visit me from afar before she went to the dentist.
After lunch I went down for a jog in the city park. Although it was full afternoon the air was breathable as a wind from the northern quadrants kept the heat away from the city.
I increased the pace of the race making my #iamalivechallenge number 62 more #alive and I increased the route in the race circuit by one lap.
