A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
As every year for a few decades now a cold drop that forms near the Iberian Peninsula disturbs the action mitigating the heat of the Azores anticyclone causing a rise of the tremendous African anticyclone in the center of the Mediterranean that overheats the surface of land and water. And today has reserved another sunny day and particularly intense heat to the city of Naples.
In the afternoon, after visiting a friend of mine, I did a different kind of footing without going too far from home divided into two parts.
Back home to check the condition of the plants outside the balcony I found that the cactus had given me another wonderful yellow flower and here I immortalized it just blossomed.
The basil plants are not growing as I expected because they have suffered an attack of white cottony cochineal and Nocturna. Unfortunately, the excessively high temperatures favor the proliferation of these types of parasites that double their ability to reproduce in these atmospheric conditions.
Even today I find myself with a smile alive to celebrated with you friends the conclusion of stage number 84 of the Iamalivechallenge and despite the heat you assist does not let me discourage from doing physical activity. The body must say that it adapts to these harsh environmental conditions if I just know it well and assisting it with the right nutrition and hydration.
