A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of #Actifit.
This last Wednesday of the month begins under the sun at the Metropark of #Naples in Piazza Garibaldi. As usual Vesuvius intrudes in any Skyline of the city.
After a long journey by subway we meet in Montesanto to photograph the hills above the metro line 2 stop.
From there it is also possible to reach the Vomero on foot by taking a staircase behind the Cumana.
Since I forgot my baseball cap, I take Via Bellini, which is not beaten by the powerful afternoon sun rays.
The road ends in the Prince Gallery of Naples one of the two monumental galleries of the city, a legacy of the Savoy kingdom.
Compared to the one in Piazza Plebiscito is smaller but no less beautiful indeed I personally prefer it.
Arrived at decumano Maggiore I diverge from the paths I usually do and take a side street with a very nice restaurant.
From a door you could admire the rehearsals of the symphony orchestra Scarlatti playing on the beautiful blue Danube.
This is a school that is housed in what was the convent near the church of Santa Maria in Constantinople.
My half of today was the sanctuary church of the old Jesus but I had to desist as it was barred. We’ll try again on Friday if the dentist doesn’t keep me under the knife for long.
Today I noticed that the festoons of the shield have been removed from many parts and the city begins to be photographible again. Sooner or later they have to be removed because they begin to deteriorate.
Arrived in Piazza Garibaldi we stop to celebrate the #iamalivechallenge 289. Even today I survived the fierce heat of this sudden African wave and I am #Alive.
