A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
After a dawn under the flood of a fast thunderstorm the serene returned quickly to impose its law.
Once in Piazza Garibaldi tourists began to storm the means of transport to the seaside resorts and to the points of tourist interest of the city of Naples.
I am also on line 1 of the city subway or the metro of art being directed to my sister’s beach house where I expect a day in company between swimming pool and long weekend lunches.
Could not miss the necessary stop in the oven under my house to stock up on an excellent quality of bread essential for the perfect success of Sunday lunch.
The journey by metro is very long but it is the right price to pay to stay in social life and #alive. Between subway, two buses and a long stretch in the car are about 2 hours of travel but writing about my #iamalivechallenge 391 time passes fast.
Writing for is important as I am is in direct contact with my creative side and keeps me young without having to resort to nutritional skin creams and expensive facelift treatments.
And doing it in conditions of relaxation is another thing the only thing is to find time to publish it.
While someone anticipates the evening dinner it is time to go and see the sea if it is swimming.
A quick depression seems to have ruined the weekend now.
Arrived at the seashore we see that the storm has now swallowed the shore and invaded half the beach. Evident residues of the most intense moments of storm remained on the sand.
While two fishermen have deployed a large group of fishing rods the sun anticipates the sunset behind a curtain of thick clouds.
As I watch the stormy sea the Moon watches
me hiding behind the buildings of the bathing establishments.
It’s time to return to see if someone has prepared dinner and to help consume what is ready.
To return home through a path in the middle of nature that is open only in the summer months.
The pool is ready to host an evening party if the temperatures will be appropriate but it seems to do a bit 'cool.
In fact the evening swimming in the pool at the end was not possible and we ended our day enjoying a cool sea breeze in the soft light of the evening.
