A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
After breakfast and spending the morning with my family, I went down to the beach. At 10 am there was a long line of cars waiting for the entrance to the beach Lido San Pietro.
Quickly, after half an hour that I arrived at the beach, I saw run out of free umbrellas and even faster the beach reached the great full.
After taking a long Alive bath and taking a large dose of sunlight to dry I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge number 392.
I’m finally in direct contact with the Earth and water. The sea was rough so bathing was also very tiring as it was really impossible to keep up.
My sister has fixed the lawn of her garden but, the latter, requires continuous maintenance as the weeds grow much faster than the lawn she had sown.
The vines that have been planted have provided an incredible amount of grapes and grow at the speed of light despite the grasses.
To improve the power of the water jets they also installed an autoclave with the help of that tank in the upper right corner.
The roses continue to bloom thanks to the remarkable that my sister reserves for these plants.
But it’s time for the long Sunday lunch, and apparently I’m the only person who’s sitting at the table who’s not on a diet.
My nephew will marry his partner and must begin to lose weight already a year earlier as he has a lot of work to do.
The atmosphere, at the beginning of the afternoon, is still affected by the depressive passage of yesterday and the heat is bearable thanks to a cool breeze coming from the mountains.
From 17 but began to overheat and to overcome the problem I was all the time in the pool until it is time to return.
