A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
A pleasant summer day delighted us with a pastel sky blue. Humidity rates are significantly lower and record temperatures in line with the measurements of the period.
After so many active days I had trouble getting up because in the night I was awake very early without sleeping again. So I had to do one last tranche with my eyes closed for half an hour.
Although the temperatures are much more pleasant you prefer to stay in the shadow of these giant trees that help us fight the heat of the hottest hours of the day.
Today my son Gaetano joins me to celebrate my #iamalivechallenge number 417 while we come back after a morning together in the park. He’s been running all morning, and I don’t know where he’s got the energy to go for miles in this heat.
After I returned home in Circumvesuviana and I passed through the second church of the neighborhood in order of size that is of more recent and modern workmanship than we are used to see.
In the evening I returned to Naples late in the evening I am Lungomare Caracciolo to take a walk in the company of a friend and enjoy a Naples full of tourists and colors.
In the evening I received a mocking photo from my nephew that the sea had calmed down and the water was clean. Let’s just say they haven’t been lucky in days.
