A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate th1e mythical community of Actifit.

A fierce African anticyclone has inflamed this part of summer after August. This week temperatures were consistently between 33 to 37 degrees until late evening. At midnight it is not at all pleasant to stand at 30 degrees with 100% humidity.

Today there is only a maximum of 34 degrees but I can no longer stand still because I can not contain the weight that I absolutely have to drop by at least 10 kg in the next 30 days. Hard work for a 49-year-old man but not impossible and what better way to lose weight than to walk a lot.

Today I find myself on the way to ASL number 1 to make a very important examination those echo color doppler to the heart. And I came here on foot and a bit with the means of transport that, however, despite the summer period also work very effectively in the suburbs, in the morning.

In the afternoon, there were only 34 degrees, a sign that the anticyclone is beginning to let go so that I arrived at Barra station to take the Circumvesuviana and go on tour to Naples center.

After getting off at Piazza Garibaldi and taking Metro 1 I found myself looking into the artistic hole of the Via Toledo stop. Toledo station has been artistically designed and this wonderful cone of light, created by the Spanish artist Oscar Tusquets Blanca, illuminates the beginning of the tourists' journey in the historic center of Naples.

Particularly numerous were the Spanish tourists who prevailed in large numbers over other nationalities. Perhaps they are the ones most used to resisting such oppressive temperatures together with a high degree of humidity.

Remarkable also the influx of desert sand dust in the air mixed with the smog of the city but the view from the climb to Santa Lucia remained breathtaking and incredible.

From the cliff in the middle of the sea the outline of a lighthouse that rose from the sea appeared clear.

From the thick foliage of the trees of Molosiglio peep the grand silhouettes of the Royal Palace that makes company to his friend castle Maschio Angioino.

In the middle of a colorful sea just rippled by a light afternoon sea breeze makes its lonely stop a tourist sailboat.

Tourists on the Caracciolo promenade are less numerous than usual since with these extreme temperatures only the most sick of extreme sports can withstand the torture of the climate in the midst of a powerful heat wave.

If, however, you wonder where the tourists are gone, you just have to look at the classic and very nice railing of the sidewalk and observe the cliffs full of bathers looking for a shade that refreshes them.

Final stage of this long day that marked my return on the path alive is the Castel dell'Ovo that stands proudly from the sea with its walls to protect the tourists of the village sailors from the powerful rays of our star that was preparing to take the path of the sunset.

Today it is resumed to scroll the counter of my iamalivechallenge scoring the number 437 on the scoreboard of my days alive. Even today I am alive and live my life full of fantastic opportunities thanking Hive for being able to show the wonders of my journey.

Finally, I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next #actifit report.
