Another stormy day marks this Neapolitan November. Furious winds and heavy rain welcome the day of Saturday, November 4.
In the morning I go to Ponticelli to a friend of mine who has to open the office soon where he had to put his computers on the network and needed a hand to configure the printers and install antivirus to hand Winzozz.
In the afternoon the heavy rain continues with strong wind atmosphere that is characterizing these last 10 days.
In the evening, fortunately, the storm stopped and coincided with the fact that I had an appointment with a friend of mine to go for a walk in Naples.
This time we stopped in the district of Mergellina which is a little less lively in the evening than the area of Via Chiaia where there is the Castel dell'Ovo and the promenade of Via Partenope.
In this photo we have the fountain of Sebeto that appears framed in a stormy atmosphere with the rough sea and the waves that beat furiously on the breakwaters.
The lights of Naples in the evening are fascinating especially if then gathered in an environment that is at the limit of practicable being the ongoing storm that has given us only a little 'respite.
After a long walk on the pavement beaten by stormy sea waves we arrived at the Naples bar where we stopped to have a coffee and a juice.
Very inviting was the bakery window that was ready for the cartocci that will be consumed in the Sunday lunch of Neapolitans that represents one of the main meals of the week if not the most characteristic of the city.
After that we resumed to hang out on the sidewalks near the sea that in this area was less stormy than that of Mergellina which is more exposed to the winds of the sea and the castle of the egg in the background was not lit and therefore seemed to have a dark shape.
We were afraid that we could not walk much but in the end we managed to make a great nice walk and we had fun in the storm to how many unexpectedly.
Walking inside the car I managed to take some pictures on the fly and in particular I managed to take this magnificent statue in Piazza Vittoria.
Back home I started to edit the posts of We are alive tribe and to end my day aliveandthriving without forgetting to put the tag #pepe among those of my post of #actifit.
With this is all goodbye to the next report from the wonder Neapolitan capital.
