Hello, ActiPeeps!

Things are quite peaceful at the spa..even though with a few bookings it should be a lot busier my this time but I guess this is the calm before the storm so we are enjoying it while it lasts!

My shoulder pain is still around but I now always carry Voltaren either in gel or pill..I'm looking like an old lady carrying around drugs lol but it is what it is...If I want to keep doing what I love I will need extra support!

I missed my bike session at night because of online work but to compensate in a way I helped a staff friend with a sports leg massage during my shift..it was quite a workout lol
