Hello guys today Im gonna share my low carb high protein diet with a mix.
I cooked some boiled eggs first. Eggs are one of the best foods you can eat if you are on a low carb high protein diet.
Now I also cooked one of my favorite low carb food which is a Chinese Cabage Soup with some pork in it.
Now I peeled the eggs and I need to remove the yolk since the yolk contains very high calories which I do not want.
And just simply add the boiled egg white together with the Chinese Cabbage soup
And now I have my no rice low carb high protein meal which is enough for me to eat from morning till night 😁. This is what I meant with a mix since you have to make this two types of food and mix them together and man it tastes good 😍
I will be sharing this food alot of times in the future so you will know that I always eat it 💪
