I have resumed my workouts lovely hiveansππ½ππ½ππ½ I AM BACK!!! π Hopefully for good too. Back to my daily morning jogs, walks and photo walk.
Today I noticed how every corner I turned during my workout session led to new seedlings of flowers/trees planted, maybe it's the season.
Nah! These plants exist through all weather conditions- the Gardners just have more work to do during the dry seasons (watering the plants).

The culture of planting gardens and adorning houses with beautiful flowers and trees is here to stay.
Many are aware of the ecological, environmental and human benefits of planting flowers and trees.

The beauty in outdoor workouts is the sights, the breath of freshness and the new discoveries.

I was out of my house as early as 5:30am in the morning to attend the holy mass which began by 6:00 am then was out for workouts by 6:45 am.
Looking at the pictures from the top you could see the sun shun at the first as I was out for over an hour and that was the last group of pictures I took before calling it a day.

I covered over 7km today which is a whooping difference in comparison to the previous days of light activities due to my strained back. Thank goodness I can walk and jog and not feel the brunt of it. Although I have to be cautious in the way I sit and bend to pick up anything no matter how light.

My strained back has really corrected my posture remarkably. As I sit up straight with my back aligned with the back support of the chairs I sit on, wooden chairs πͺ most especially.

In bending to pick up whatever weight I ensure to bend a knee or two and it has worked marvellously.
I learnt to follow these rules the hard way as I healed from the first strain quite quickly(two days afterwards) and as I bent to pick an object off the floor a sharp pain was felt far worse than the first.

These are the seedlings of flowers I saw through my outdoor workout.

I also took a picture of the tallest tree I have ever seen.

I am alive and thriving. I genuinely hope you are too.
