Fishing on the pond

IMG_5410.jpg

Photo post from a recent fishing trip. We went overnight to a small rural pond. Crucian carp are found here, and sometimes quite good specimens are found. But the crucian carp here is terribly capricious, sometimes there may not be a single bite all day, and sometimes you don’t have time to change the bait. Sometimes it bites only on a float rod, and sometimes only on bottom tackle. We were lucky this trip, the bite was good, and the weather didn’t let us down either. In the evening, as it began to get dark, we lit a fire and cooked nettle soup on the burner. The nights are already warm, but there is also a not very pleasant moment in this - these are clouds of mosquitoes and other midges. But the dismissal and emotions from the trip compensated for these inconveniences.🙂
