Hello from Chicago! I've been exploring the Windy City with my camera for a few days now, and today I'd like to show you some first photos that catch the vibe of this city pretty well. On the right side of the first shot you can see the famous Chicago Theatre - one of its most famous landmarks. Also typical for Chicago are the above ground metro stations. You can see one of them in the background. However, some lines also run underground, as you can see at the entrance of the station in the foreground. I combined 5 shots to get more light trails in the image. The second picture shows the building from another angle and i used a moody dark edit.
Hallo aus Chicago! Seit einigen Tagen bin ich nun schon mit meiner Kamera in der "Windy City" unterwegs und möchte euch heute erste Fotos zeigen, die den Vibe dieser Stadt ganz gut einfangen. Auf der rechten Seite der ersten Aufnahme seht ihr das berühmte Chicago Theatre - eines der berühmtesten Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Ebenfalls typisch für Chicago sind die oberirdischen Metro-Stationen. Eine davon seht ihr im Hintergrund. Doch einige Linien verkehren auch unterirdisch, wie ihr am Eingang der Station im Vordergrund erkennen könnt. Das zweite Bild zeigt das Gebäude aus einem anderen Blickwinkel und ich habe es etwas anders nachbearbeitet.
