On fisrt impression i would say this sticker is from a group of mechanics of some kind and i wasn't miles off, "Fixed Pirates Crew" is a community of fixed gear riders which is a type of bicycle, they seemingly travel the UK visiting different skate parks and spread the gospel of fixed gear riding.
