I forget exactly where i found this sticker though it was somewhere in London, the artist goes by the name VoidNumber6 and they describe themself as "Ur local sticker goblin" and is a printmaker who "draws kawaii stuff", kawaii is exactly how i would describe this sticker here i also like the holographic background and the artists style in general.
