This sticker was located somewhere on a London street and is from an artist by the name of Zeko, after a quick look on their Instagram page i saw that this artist is likely French and uses the character seen here in most of their work, i like the simple design of this character which also makes it quick to paint which will make getting noticed easier perhaps.
