Both countries faced the highest levels of casualties and infection cases and both of them gained great experience in handling this epidemic, their statements weigh much more than those by the delusional Trump who just one week ago was belittling the crisis altogether.
I'd take the statements of any official around the world over the statements of the US, Israel, British, Turkish and their ilk. Nobody else has been proved liars as much as they are and they never backed down of their lies or apologized for them.
