When you join Facebook, you sign an employment contract that is between you and Facebook, your employer. It may be called a service, but nothing is for free. If a product or service is free, it means you are the product or service. It means they are selling you. When they ban you, they are ending the employment contract between you and themselves. In doing so, they should offer a letter of termination detailing why you would be fired from Facebook, AKA terminated, banned, disabled, deleted, kicked off, or whatever you want to call it.
If Facebook fails to legally fire you, then they may be in trouble of violating their own contract with you. Facebook is a scam. Facebook is violating Fair Use, Open Harbor, the FCC, antitrust acts, different laws, rules, of the U.S. federal government. It's a long story.
Facebook may be a private company to some extent. However, Facebook is not free. Facebook makes billions of dollars each year. You are an employee or product of Facebook. Beyond that, Facebook probably has Black Contracts with government in the United States of America, with the European Union (E.U.), and especially with China. Facebook, like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Comcast, Twitter, YouTube, Amazon, and other tech giant technocrats, is guilty of violating crimes, laws, trust. How do we get Trump to see that?
Again, Facebook may not be merely a private company as it has no liability for what users post on Facebook. Facebook probably made some deals with the American government as Facebook came out in 2004 as a platform for all ideas according to Mark Zuckerberg. However, Facebook has been also acting as a publisher and a platform. If you act and function as a publisher, you forfeit platform status of no liability. You become liable for what users upload to Facebook. So, when terrorists upload violence, death, crimes, nudity, porn, hate speech, incitement to violence, problematic speech, and anything else that might be questionable, onto Facebook, which they do, then Facebook would be and is technically liable for under a legal court of law and Trump must see that and know that already, right? They are attempting to steal (voter fraud) the U.S.A. 2020 Presidential Elections like they did the 2018 elections. If Trump does not act now, right now, like yesterday, the sooner the better, then Trump will lose as they are stealing it in a variety of ways and that is another long story.

Mark has said that Facebook is a platform for all ideas. So, why is Alex Jones not allowed on Facebook? Did you not say all ideas? But not his ideas? I'm writing this article to help remind people of the arguments made for censoring imaginary hate speech. When people tell you that hate speech is not allowed on Facebook, can you not quote Mark who said Facebook is a platform for all ideas? Is there an exception clause to that statement of all ideas? When people tell you that Facebook is a private company, can you not suggest that Facebook is larger than the largest electricity companies and phone companies and water companies in the world? Water, phone, and electricity, are examples of public utilities and Facebook is bigger than that. Facebook has over a billion employees. Facebook violated their contracts with people. YouTube terminated two of my channels, Ojawall and Joeyarnoldvn. Facebook terminated dozens of my accounts over the years. Twitter accused me of being a Russian bot via email.
Debate is very healthy. Take the time to write down questions. Stick those questions on the wall. When you run across answers, post them next to those questions. Play the Devil's advocate and role-play with other people. We can disagree with the roles that social media may play but should we really encourage digital book burning? Can't the better ideas win?
