Senator Graham is threatening to refuse to consider any Impeachment that comes from the House Committee and NOT the full house! His point out that they tried to bring this impeachment before the House, and DID NOT have enough support, from their own party!
Lindsey Graham is recommending that the Senate refuse to even consider the House impeachment proceedings:

Since there has Never, in the History of the United States of America; has this ever been attempted! It is beyond illegitimate, and since this will not go to the full house (as it must be, to be Constitutional), and the transcripts are sealed; it is a kangaroo court, and a lynching is a good description.

Since the Senate is tasked with verifying the Impeachment is on proper legal footing; he has a good argument, and HE is doing his job!
“We cannot allow future presidents and this president to be impeached based on an inquiry in the House that’s never been voted upon that does not allow the president to confront the witnesses against him, to call witnesses on his behalf, and cross-examine people who are accusing him of misdeeds,” Graham said, previewing the language of his forthcoming Senate resolution. “All I’m asking is give Donald Trump the same rights as [Presidents] Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton had when it comes to impeachment. I’m insisting that Donald Trump be given the same rights that any American has if you’re giving a parking ticket to confront the witnesses against you: can’t be based on hearsay. And here’s the point of the resolution: Any impeachment vote based on this process, to me, is illegitimate, is unconstitutional, and should be dismissed in the Senate without a trial.”
He also accurately points out:
“This process in the House is being conducted behind closed doors, Republicans are being shut out, and if you had an inquiry vote, that allows Republicans and a president to call witnesses and to confront people accusing the president of misdeeds. That’s what happened with Clinton, that’s what happened with Nixon and [President] Andrew Johnson,” Graham said.
Such historical comparisons are inexact and don’t line up with the current circumstances, however. For example, the impeachment of Clinton came after a years-long Independent Counsel investigation and the only witness to testify during the 1998 House impeachment was Ken Starr, the Independent Counsel. And Nixon was never formally impeached, as three articles of impeachment were passed by the House Judiciary Committee after a long investigation into the Watergate scandal, but he resigned before the full House could ever vote on them.
With a total lack of due process, (a person with a traffic ticket gets more legal rights than the President has here); and no real crime has occurred, this is obviously Bogus. Since the Senate will not approve the impeachment, and the House knows this; this is obviously a purely political move.
It is also a totalitarian move from a Fascists group of rulers.
Article on President Trump tweeting that the House was trying to Lynch him:

Senator Graham is correct here, when a US Citizen is railroaded and denied a trial, or any due process, a lynching is a good description. This behavior is usually found in a tyrannical type of government where the Law is subjective; and NOT in a Constitutional Republic!
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) defended Donald Trump’s claim that Democrats are “lynching” him with their impeachment efforts and insisted that black people should not be offended by the president’s use of the term.
“I think that’s pretty well accurate. This is a sham. This is a joke,” Graham said on Tuesday while discussing the president’s “lynching” tweet with reporters in the Capitol Building. “This is a lynching in every sense, this is un-American.”
“I’ve never seen a situation in my lifetime … where somebody is accused of a major misconduct who cannot confront the accuser,” the senior South Carolina senator added. “If this continues in the House, it’s a complete sham and I will do everything I can to make sure it doesn’t live very long in the Senate.”
When asked by reporters if he understands why black Americans could take offense to Trump claiming he is being lynched — a term typically reserved to describe extrajudicial murders of African-Americans by white supremacists — Graham replied, “No, I think lynching is being seen as somebody taking the law in their own hands and out to get somebody for no good reason.”
The liberal hacks have nailed one part of this:
taking the law in their own hands and out to get somebody
for no good reason.
True definition of a Lynching, and of the current Impeachment "Inquiry" in DC!
