The day the liberals have dreaded has arrived; and a real investigation of crimes has begun!

We are finally getting an investigation of real corruption! It is about damn time! NOW we can look for the ones who actually committed crimes!

People misused our legal system to commandeer our alphabet soup federal bureaucracy; and used them to spy on their political adversary.

The Inevitable investigation begins:

The only question I have about this is; "Why did this take so long?"

The Justice Department is not playing around. The origins of the whole “Trump is working with Russia to win the 2016 election” thing is about to hit the fan. From Daily Wire

Again, Why did this take so long? This has been obvious criminal activity, for a long time.

Sadly, when you follow the Law, it does take longer!

The U.S. Department of Justice’s administrative review into the origins of the Russia investigation has a taken a major turn into a full-fledged criminal investigation.

The review, led by U.S. attorney John Durham, has shifted from being an administrative review into being a criminal investigation, The New York Times reported, noting that the move gives Durham “the power to subpoena for witness testimony and documents, to impanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges.”

NOW the real digging begins! It will expose a lot of criminal activity. Some from the Obama whitehouse should draw jail time, as a result! Someone authorized the use of federal assets to wire tap, and spy upon, President Trump's campaign.
The day the liberals have dreaded has arrived; and a real investigation of crimes has begun!
Background on FISA Warrants:
https://dailycaller.com/2017/03/06/fisa-surveillance-requests-are-almost-never-rejected/

FISA Warrants are considered a rubber stamp, with VERY few rejections!

The U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court (FISA) rejected only 12 of 38,169 requests for surveillance warrants between 1979 and 2015.

This means that about 99.7 percent of warrant requests have been approved in the 36 years since FISA’s inception. The last time a warrant was rejected was in 2009, when two requests were rejected and 1,320 were approved.

Five of the Twelve total were rejections, in 37 years of use, were over this "investigation" based on the Steel dossier; that is almost half of ALL FISA rejections, in close to four decades! This is impressive from a rubber stamp court...it would have to be Historically badly done to be rejected this often!

President Donald Trump alleged Saturday that former President Barack Obama ordered wiretapping on his phones at Trump Tower during the campaign. This sort of request, if it was made, would have most likely gone through the FISA court.

Monday morning, Republican South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy discussed these allegations on Fox News, saying that there are two ways a citizen’s electronic communications can be intercepted: via a FISA court or a criminal inquiry.

“The good news about both of those … is there’s a paper trail. There’s an application. There are warrants, all of which can be reviewed,” Gowdy said.

An obvious mistake by those who have been above the Law for so long, they are no longer careful to hide their crimes! Now this mistake will cost those who were so arrogant as to ignore the Rule of Law.

The court is meant to be a covert one and is located in a windowless room within the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. It is made up of 11 judges who serve seven-year terms. An approved FISA warrant can allow U.S. intelligence agencies to conduct wiretapping, monitoring and data gathering.

With these warrants they could directly spy on President Trump, and they did exactly that! Now that their justification for this spying has been proven to be 100% bogus; it means that all this spying was without legal support! All of this will come out now, and I am interested to hear who was responsible, and what their legal punishment will be.
