Who say's there are no woman in crypto? They sure have not read my introduction post on Steem ;D
I heard about Steemit in 2017 so I finally got around to my introduction post, my name is Bitcoinas here on Steem and I'm a bit behind when it comes to this stuff (although I know that I'm quite busy). In short, I work in the digital product and web sales positions at a large, global company. I've created a couple of businesses, an email marketing platform for a client/developer at a major online sports league, and a Twitter marketing platform for a startup. I also work with clients worldwide to improve their brand reputation by creating content to connect with other brands about their businesses, as well as to attract new prospects to their business. As you probably already know, I'm also passionate about cryptocurrency; if you have ever spoken to me about cryptocurrency in any form whatsoever, I have already taken the plunge.
Bitcoin's great, but there's definitely a price risk associated with it. It's a volatile currency in real life. You have a choice: to do the most secure transactions possible, or to pay for security. Even though the cryptocurrency industry is growing, there are risks. I believe that security is more important than the stability of the currency in real world terms, so if you're an active security pro, you should invest in some crypto. Just ask my friend and business partner @Bitcoinas.
In 2016 I had the opportunity to contribute to BitcoinTalk.org. The opportunity to help grow this great news site was a real pleasure and I'm excited to be a part of its future.
With the introduction of Steemit, I'm now going to be taking on a much bigger project and helping a company make something great out of a dream that has been in my heart for years. I'm hoping to use the platform in a variety of ways and with the help of the awesome community that is already making sure the site shines for anyone to see!
