오늘 여행기는 아이슬란드 3일차!
히치하이킹을 하다가 어느 한 마을에서 만난, 삼성전자 헝가리 법인팀. 저를 태우고 스야질란드 폭포에도 갔다가, 제가 남쪽에 위치한 Vestmannaeyja 섬에 가는 것을 들으시고는 항구까지 데려다주셨어요.

▲ 흐베라괴렐리에 있는 온천을 즐긴 후, 캠핑을 했다. 여름에 오길 잘 했다. 봄, 가을, 겨울에 올 수는 있는데, 들어가기 전이나 들어간 후가 너무 추웠을 것 같다.
After enjoying the hot spring in Hveragareli, I went camping. It was good to come in summer. I can come in spring, autumn and winter, but it seems that it was too cold before or after entering.

▲ 돌아오니 어제 저녁에 같이 산을 올라왔던 커플이 아침을 먹고 있었다. 내게 불(스토브) 빌려줄까 해서 쿠킹호일로 생존하기를 시험해보고 싶어서, 그릇을 만들고, 물과 치킨스톡 그리고 건조된 야채를 넣어 스프를 만들어 먹었다. 이렇게 요리시 주의할 사항은, 쿠킹호일을 한 겹이 아닌 두,세겹으로 그릇을 만드는 게 좋고, 그릇을 만들 때, 손잡이를 만들 부분을 남겨서 만드는게 좋다. 무게 중심 고려해서 잘 만드시길!
- I came back and the couple who came up the mountain together last night was having breakfast. I wanted to try to survive with a cooking foil because I wanted to borrow a fire (stove). ▲ 오늘은 스야질랜드 폭포(Seljalandsfoss) 보고, 누군가가 추천한 Vestmannaeyjar에 가는게 목표이다. 정말 기억에 남는 가족이다. 특히 막내딸이 다 먹고 남은 과자봉지를 창문에 끼고, 바람에 날리는 걸 보고 웃던 천진난만한 애기다. 떠나는 그들의 차는 바람에 휘날리는 과자봉지들로 치장한 폭주족 같은 느낌이었다.
Today is the goal of going to the Vestmannaeyjar, seeing the Seljalandsfoss, somebody recommended. It is a memorable family. Especially the youngest daughter is an innocent baby who laughs when she sees a bag of sweets left over from the window and blows in the wind. Their cars were like bikers dressed up in sweets bags blowing in the wind.

Kjarval 캬르봘에 도착해서 먹지도 않을 햄버거 가격을 보고 있는 사이에 옆으로 한국 여자분이 지나갔다. 혹시 ▲ 몰라 차를 얻어탈 수 있는지 여쭤봤는데, 미안해 하시면서 가족 구성원이 많으셔서 여분의 자리가 없다고 하셨다. 감사하다고 말씀드리고 상점에서 나와 도로변에서 히치하이킹 시도를 하고 있는데!
Kjarval A korean woman passed by while I was watching the price of a hamburger that she would not even eat at the caravan. ▲ 차가 바로 사줬다. 알고 보니 상점에서 만났던 여성분의 동행들이신데, 이번 여행을 위해 준비한 무전기를 통해, 한국 여행자가 히치하이킹 하더라 얘기를 나누셨다고 ㅎㅎㅎ 삼성전자 헝가리 법인팀에서 오셨다고 했다. 우리는 스야질랜드 폭포(Seljalandsfoss)에 갔고, 내게 여분의 우의도 빌려주셨다. 사진도 같이 찰칵!

▲ 그 이후, 스야질랜드 폭포에서 오늘의 목적지인 베스트만 섬으로 가는 항구가 가까웠는데, 선뜻 태워주셨던 가족이, 일정이 빠듯함에도 불구하고, 태워주시겠다고 했다.
After that, I was close to the harbor to Bestman Island, the destination of today at Suyagilland Falls, and the family that gave me a good ride told me that I would drive them even though the schedule was tight.

▲ 가격은 2,640 ISK로 24,500원 정도(당시 환율 1 ISK = 9.3원) / 편도 티켓은, 반값인 1,320 ISK이고 차도 태울 수 있던 거 같은데, 가격은 모르겠다. 근데 보통 대부분은 터미널에 차를 주차한 뒤, 배를 타는 듯 하다. 놓고 가는 것 같다.

▲ 배 안 쪽으로 차를 태울 수 있는 배이다. 나는 선착장에 오후 5시반에 도착해서 1시간 남았는데, 전기 콘센트가 있어서, 열심히 충전했다. 항상 캠핑 여행에서는 전자기기 충전을 우선순위로 염두해야 한다. 그래서 히치하이킹 차에서도, 물어보고 핸드폰 충전하고, 카메라들 충전하고
It is a ship that can carry a car towards the ship. I arrived at the pier at 5:30 pm and stayed for an hour, and there was an electric outlet, so I filled it up hard. ▲ 간단하게 베스트만 제도 지도를 보면, 항구는 12시 방향에 위치하고 있고, 캠핑장은 11시 방향, 마트인 보너스마트와 크로난은 항구에서 500m~1km 이내에 위치하고 있다. 십자가 모양은 비행기 활주로이고, 그 옆으로 1시 방향으로 점 2개와 지명을 볼 수가 있는데, 매우 멋진 분화구이다.
Simply look at the Bestman Islands map, the harbor is located at 12 o'clock, the campsite is at 11 o'clock, the mart in bonus mart and croonne are located within 500m ~ 1km of the harbor. The cruciform shape is the airplane runway, next to it you can see two points and the place name at 1 o'clock, which is a very nice crater.

▲ 배는 Þorlákshöfn 라는 먼 곳의 항구와 가까운 Landeyjahöfn에서 탈 수 있는데, 먼 곳에서 타는 배는 비쌀 뿐더러, 타고 오는 사람을 보지 못해서 운항하는지 모르겠다.
The ferry can be taken from Landeyjahöfn, near the port of Þorlákshöfn, which is far away. I do not know whether it is expensive to fly in the distance, or does not see the person who is flying.

▲ 섬 도착! 길을 물어물어, 마트가 문을 닫기 전 식량을 구비했다. 레스토랑에 한 번 가봤는데 샌드위치와 음료수 1개가 13,000원($12)이었다...

▲ 헉 배 타고 도착하니까 오후 8시인데, 역시 칼퇴근하는 보너스 마켓은 6시에 이미 닫았다

▲ 어쩔 수 없이 근처 크로난으로 갔다. 크로난도 싸긴 한데, 왜 보너스 먼저 가냐면, 더 싸기 때문이다. 보너스마켓의 정책은 다른 마트보다 물품이 비쌌다면 그 해당 품목을 일주일 동안 추가 할인한다고 한다. 그래서 보너스와 크로난에서 자체 제작한 상품도 1크로네(10원) 더 싸거나 그런 것들도 있다.
I was forced to go to nearby Kronan. It's cheaper than Kronan, but it's cheaper if you go first. The bonus market policy says that if the item is more expensive than the other, the item will be discounted for a week. So the bonus and Croaner's own products are also cheaper than a Krone (10 won) or something like that.

▲ 아이슬란드, 그린란드, 노르웨이, 스웨덴 등과 같은 북유럽에서는 야외에서의 캠핑 허용이 다른 나라들에 비해, 너그러운 편이다. 섬에 도착하자마자 식량 구비 후 제일 먼저 할 일은, 텐트를 칠 좋은 장소를 물색하는 것이다. 그래야 짐도 놓고, 막 돌아다닐 수 있도록, 텐트 치고 나서 배낭과 각종 물품들을 놓고, 자물쇠 2개로 잠궈두었다.
In northern Europe, such as Iceland, Greenland, Norway and Sweden, outdoor camping is more tolerant than other countries. The first thing to do after you get to the island is to find a good place to hit the tent. So I put my baggage, I just walked around the tent, then I put a backpack and various items on it and locked it with two locks.

▲ 뷰도 좋아서 근처에 텐트를 치고 있었다(저녁 8시반). 그런데 분위기가 이상해서 둘러보니까... 여기 박물관 같은 곳이다..ㅎㅎㅎ 사람이 많은 곳과 공공 장소 캠핑은 위험하다. 아이슬란드는 도난의 위험은 없지만, 혹시 모를 벌금의 위험이 있다. 특히 박물관과 같은 공공장소는 더욱 더.

▲ 그래서 나는 분화구 쪽으로 향하기로 했다. 그곳에는 화산 지형을 넘어가면 분화구에 다다르기 전에, 텐트.치기 좋은 언덕들이 있었다.

▲ 와 너무 아름답다. 하루만 머물기로 하고 배 표를 미리 사버린 게 후회됐다. 그래도 아이슬란드 갈 곳은.많으니까, 한 곳에 머무를 순 없다. 그래도 남들보다 길게 2주 왔는데, 여길 모르고 지나친 불쌍한 여행객들보단 한참 낫다며 스스로를 위로한다.
And it is so beautiful. I was regretting that I had to stay for a day and bought the tickets in advance. Still, there are so many places to go to Iceland. Still, I've been two weeks longer than anyone else, but I do not know what it is and comforts myself by saying that it is better than a poor traveler.

▲ 1973년 1월 23일에 분화가 시작되었고, 73년 6월 3일이 가장 최근 분화였다. 417 채의 집들이 화산재와 용암에 의해 파괴되었다.
On January 23, 1973, eruption began, and June 3, 73 was the most recent eruption. 417 houses were destroyed by volcanic ash and lava.

▲ 이 쪽은 생각보다 굉장히 가파라서, 올라오기 어려웠는데, 마치 노을이 지고 있었다.(자정 12시쯤)

▲ 여긴 뒷 편의 공항. 우와 하늘이 진짜 너무 이뻤다. 사실 여기 올라왔을 때, 앞서서 가던 미국 아니면 호주인 5명 정도가 있었는데, 그들은 돌아서 올라오면서, 근처 농장의 울타리 나무 막대를 뽑아온 듯 하다.. 나쁜 놈들, 그런데 그 막대기를 가지고 검은 흙과 돌로 덮인 분화구를 파더니, 온도가 혹시 뜨거운 지 체크하더라... 웃겨서 ㅎㅎㅎ 동영상으로 가지고 있다.
This is the airport at the rear. Wow and the sky was really too good. Actually, when I got here, there were about five Americans or Australians ahead of me, and they seemed to have picked up a fence bar on a nearby farm, turning up. Bad guys, but with the stick, black soil and a stone- Pardner, I checked if the temperature was hot ... I'm having fun with the video.

▲ 새벽 2시에 돌아와 너무 배고파서, 소세지와 절여진 매운 양념 마늘을 쿠킹호일로 감싸서 요리하기로 마음 먹었다.
I came back at 2 o'clock in the morning and I was so hungry that I decided to cook with spoiled foil wrapped in spicy spices garnished with sausage.

▲ 열심히 불질을 하는데, 유리병을 이용해 요리를 하는 건 좋은 아이디어이긴 한데, 그 유리병을 들고 다니는 무게나, 불에 올려 놓기 어려워, 나무에 매달아야 하는 점 등은 여행이 불편해지는 요소이다. 다른 요리 방법을 고려해봐야겠다. 스토브와 냄비 등 조리도구가 없을 때, 가장 좋은 방법은 쿠킹호일을 쓰는 것이다.
It is a good idea to cook with a glass bottle, but the weight of carrying the glass bottle, the difficulty of putting it on fire, and hanging on a tree are factors that make travel uncomfortable. I have to consider other cooking methods. When there is no cooking utensil such as a stove and a pot, the best way is to use a cooking foil.
