My birthday is March 16, 1970, the anniversary of the Mai Lai Massacre.
I would like to apologize to the people of Viet Nam , for the crimes of our soldiers and government. You are a brave and beautiful people. You are a gift to the world , your spirit so strong and forgiving. I will fight predatory paradigms , like the military-industrial complex that committed the crimes against your people and OUR GLOBE.
