Today I was studying a little about urban art and collected some of the paintings which I have done throughout the year. I love exploring new places and recreating those moments through some mediums. Sometimes because of unfavourable conditions it is not possible to sketch/paint at the same moment so I try to take the shot from the same angle which I then paint. I started experimenting with
It's not even been a full year that I got interested in urban art but because I follow some incredibly talented artists on Instagram, it started sparking this desire in me. Especially the artworks of Alicia Aradilla whose concept of office is an outdoor one. She has some of the best travel artwork from around the world. I started practising some of them from my Euro trip where I found great architectural references. Following watercolorists like Gary Tucker is helping me to understand light sources and proportions> I look forward to making more inspired pieces from my travels! Cheers :)
