
As I have been working for 6 years on trawlers, lots of content have been accumulated. So I will give a little introduction, and round-tour in a fish factory.

Goes into the cutting machine Baader 444

Precision is key

Travels on

Diving into the bleeder tank

The fish is washed up with a drumroller

The fish is gut-cleaned

The fish is sent on a automatic weighing platform, where it gets sorted in different tanks.

It goes into the freezers, species that are few off, gets carried in baskets

Goes into plate-freezers, and just chilling for 3-4 hours.

Too cool for school.
