Few days ago Steemit have reminded me that Its been 3 years since I joined this lovely community. The truth is, I have been so busy past years that I completely forgot about steemit😳 I opened account in 2016 but I only started to be really active from March this year and I absolutely love it!!
A lot things have changed in past 3 years and i have completely different mindset now!
At the time of opening my account here with Steemit i just got qualified as Personal trainer and I was all about lifting weights and eating clean!How is it now?
Well, to tell you the truth I am completely sick and tired of diet culture! I spend a lot of my time debunking myths and educating people not to fall for 21day fix , fat burners or other silly weight loss supplements! Things need to change....
So what’s next??
I will be still posting fit style recipes, because I absolutely love cooking and eating healthily😋😋 I am passionate about nutrition and continue to educate myself on that subject☺️
I love eating out with my family so I would love to share food photos with you. Almost every picture on my blog is taken by my iPhone camera😊
In past years I have learnt that nutrition is like religion😉 Everyone is different and what’s works for me, doesn’t mean will work for you so I no longer get involved in diet talk. I don’t follow any fitness gurus ,I follow scientific proof of informations and helping people to find their own balance!
I am hoping my recipes will help everyone to reach their goals and maintain their health.
Over the next few months I will be debunking diet myths as there is way to much false information on the internet!

If time allows I will be looking forward to write more about mindset, dealing with stress and emotions and helping you not to get influenced by diet culture to much😉
I am currently switching from calorie counting/ flexible eating to intuitive eating only and my goal is to be mindful and appreciate every day😉
....So overall this blog is not going to be just another fitness blog, it will be much more than that, because life is much more than scale and salad😁👍
