I could smell this rubbish chute before i saw it and as you can see it is covered in grime, my first thought was that it could have been designed better and is actually a danger to kids.
Peoples front doors are just a few feet away and the smell surely must reach them, the block is actually scheduled for demolition so i would assume it would be designed a lot better than this.
