It Never Rains but it Pours

I thought i would share some pics of the flooding that occurred yesterday, it was not as bad as some areas and the below pics where taken at around 6 a.m and got worse through the day.

The rock in the bottom right was submerged by the evening

Above is before the heavy rainfall the shopping carts were washed away not too long after i took this pic the video below shows the same spot about 12-18 hours later
