Today in Ukraine came Holy Evening before Christmas!
There is a tradition to cook a very lush dinner with 12 dishes on the table. But we do not adhere to this tradition!
We love to feel the spirit of Christmas, preparing something traditional. This year, the children asked me to cook them donuts with rose jam, which always go out very well! This recipe is about 30 years old.
My Vika @bugavi yesterday wrote how fun we were preparing them for three and it lasted until 3 am at night :)

And today we walked around the city, enjoying the winter park and bought some presents and went to my old parents.
This spirit of Christmas lives in their old house and we are going to feel it while they live on this Earth!
