This photo was taken in Patagonia, southern Argentina. The place is the Laguna Nimez Bird Sanctuary, a wetland area which borders Lago Argentino. It's a place that must be an ornothologist's paradise with all the excotic birds. But it was a windy day. As you see, the clouds are blown away.
