Hello steemit friends! This delicious thick and creamy soup is good for a light dinner.
This Mango smoothies are one of My favorite of all smothies.
Yellow fruits and vegetables have a phytochemical called bio-flavonoid and carotenoids moreover Yellow fruits and veggies are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that combat illnesses and heart issues.

In pumpkin soup I have here this following ingredients, and it's easy to make.

Methods:
- Chop pumpkins into wedges. Chop onions 
- Squeeze out coconut milk ( put fresh coconut into a blender adding a little amount of water ) 
- Steam pumpkins until tender. 
- Puree the pumpkins to the blender. Set aside. 
- In pan, add coconut oil. Saute onion for few seconds. 
- Add pumpkin puree mix well. 
- Add in coconut milk. Stir. Mix well with pumpkin puree. Add salt. 
- Cover simmer for few minutes. 
Relax and Enjoy your Pumkin soup.😍
In my Mango Smoothies I used this following ingredients and it taste really fantastic!

The quantity of ingredients depends in you
For me I Used 2medium size of mangoes, 3/4 cup of plain yoghurt and 2cups of milk.
Methods:
- Chop mangoes. Add in to pitcher. 
- Add milk and yoghurt. 
- Immerse it to a hand blender. 
- Chill for 30 minutes.
