I would like to respond to Mr. Buffetts comments here in anticipation of him joining us on Steemit.
Buffett says :
“You can fondle the cube, but it will not respond.”
I say:
Speak for yourself Mr. Buffett! Perhaps you are simply not fondling gold the right way. My gold responds quite appropriately!
I could be reading this wrong, but I think those gold dice are catching feelings for me.
Buffett says:
“If you own one ounce of gold for an eternity, you will still own one ounce at its end.”
I say “Um... Mr. Buffett, I have great respect for you and Becoming Warren Buffett is one of my favorite movies, but are you insinuating that gold lasting for an enternity is a NEGATIVE thing? What else do you own that lasts forever? Certainly not the fiat like I got for Christmas!”
I will take this $50 and will provide an unsecured loan to a undercapitalized counter party backed by a ill funded massively indebted entity with a history of catastrophic failure.
AKA, i’ll put it in the bank.
I will then put it towards a piece of art crafted from the most unique and special element that will last as Buffetts highlights ... for an eternity.
