More gills... more shrooms... and a kitty cat to boot!

Okay, you remember the gills I showed you last week?
The shroom heaven I found?

Well, here's more of that patch...
In fact it was a whole colony... the tree stump was practically surrounded!

And more grew along the root that stretched outwards... - that was mostly what I showed you last week!

Today... the tree stump colony!

Woody shrooms in all their glory!
Sepia tones suit them well, me thinks...
Multi-layered, shoulder-to-shoulder
Clustered... crowded!

A busybody kitty of course had to come check me out as I was shooting the shrooms...
And then photo bombed me too!
Yes, why not... lol
Afterall it's getting ready for tomorrow ~ Caturday... 😉
