Fears, every one has got them. Someone defined fear as false evidence appearing real. That feeling that cripples your ability and make you think you can't do it.
That voice that sends chills and fever through your skin as you stand on that stage to give that speech, or maybe as you sit before your prospective employer for that job interview, as you take that exam, or begin that business venture, and/or go into that relationship...

The list of things that make us fear are endless just like human wants. Our fears may be unique to us but there is solution to everyone of them. The first step to finding solution to any problem is to discover the root cause of the problem.
In dealing with fear, you have to find the root cause and deal with it from there.
Find out what makes you afraid and why it makes you afraid.

For instance, a student may fear failing his exams because he's not well prepared for it. The solution is simple. Don't wait until exam time table is out before you begin preparation. Study ahead. Dot all the I's and cross all the "Ts. A job seeker scheduled for an interview may fear that he/she may not be able to impress the interviewer and so not get the job. It's quite simple. Do your research on the company, study on relevant areas, build your confidence and you may have as well drowned your fears.

Fear is not all negative. It's a sign that you are pushing beyond your comfort zone. It shows that you have signed up for growth and progress. And that is a good thing. Change and growth requires some amount of discomfort. So, make your plans afraid, go through it afraid and you will find that it was only a mirage. Don't allow fear to cripple you. A lot of times, our fears are heightened by negative expectations and past experiences. Quit looking behind you. Focus on making today count. Give your best to that project. If your fears are because of unknown future, realise that the future begins today. Live your life one day at a time. Kill your fears not by running away and cowering but by facing them head on.
