Steemit Vision Quest - Week 4: Bliss In Stillness: Thinking About Zen ~ A Contradiction in Terms & an Animated GIF

Here is my entry to @cabelindsay Steemit Vision Quest - Week 4: Bliss In Stillness

I decided to mess around and, hoping for a happy creative accident, diddled up this mindfulness animated GIF.

ZEN.

It is rather raw but I kinda like it.

I created this Gif via Adobe Photoshop. It is only the second one that I have ever made and so I am a little woolly on my process! I made the layers below and then used this rather fantastic tutorial to do the magic!

One of the spirits that I often talk to is called Kerrie.

It transpires that our souls have crossed in previous lifetimes ~ but that, my virtual friends, is a convoluted and rather extraordinary tale for another day.

Kerrie often reminds me to strive towards a state of Zen.

Meditation and getting in touch with my intuition is something which I can relate and aspire to as my preference is to shun scripture, doctrines and dogma.

I am a cheery work in progress.

With Love.
