Heute gibt es noch mal Frauenpower mit den Mo-dettes. Die Band wurde 1979 von Kate Korris (The Slits), Jane Crockford (Bank of Dresden), Ramona Carlier (Kleenex) und June Miles-Kingston gegründet.
Ein Longplayer und fünf Singles waren die magere Ausbeute, bis sie sich 1982 wieder trennten. Ich konnte sie damals einmal live sehen und war ganz angetan, als sie im Vorprogramm von The Ruts auftraten.
