Italian singer Al Bano put on Ukraine's black list

Yesterday, March 11, Ukraine's culture ministry put the Italian singer Al Bano on the list of the individuals considered a threat to national security.

This fact sounds absurd and comic: the singer has never included offensive content or war topics in his songs. The only reason that could have guided this action might be a tour in 1986 in the Soviet Union, during which Putin congratulated with him, and also the fact that the singer expressed his admiration for the Russian president in another situation. However it is also true that he never said something against Ukraine.
