Here it is again, as I know it sometimes gets even more cropped by steemit and ntopaz posting.

Of course an animal is part of this piece.

In actuality more than one animal, as here is the sketch of her other dog companion I shared a couple weeks back.

You can see from this sketch that I had toyed with her dress being in purple tones, but when I began playing with colours for the android arm, I really liked the purple and it was not popping against her dress until I decided to go with the green.

I also felt Green akin to Nature and I like the contrast of she being both Tech and Nature.

Here is the other section I shared the other day to see more of the green of her dress.

It's grand to steal moments to work on a larger painting.

When it is more involved, as my Singularity pieces are, it's kind of nice to know it's just waiting there for you.

Life can get busy and hectic

so of a morning, feeling rushed, knowing you've something laid out and in progress on the board really helps. You can get your cup of coffee or tea and sit down to a job you know you've begun.

Sure, I change up things as I go along.

Her face and pose, colours, more butterflies, etc. That is part of the joy of it.

As you paint along it is as if you are voyaging into this world and thus you begin to want to create more in it.

When I was messing with her hand I realized how an apple would be perfect is a prime example of such subtle change. I like the subtle hint to Eve and the Garden. I had also just read @eveuncovered post about her name and it got me thinking.

I never want my art to be static but alive and influenced by many outside sources.

A simple phrase from someone or a passage in a book, even catching something happening on a walk, will trigger inspiration or change in things and I love that.
