This is a character design I did about a year ago as part of a commission themed on Peru going to Football World Cup, Russia 2018. So the idea was using elements from the Peruvian Folklore mixed with either landsmarks from Russia or WorldCup elements.
As you can see the character has the worldcup iconic football at his feet with the St. Basil's cathedral behind.

Scanned and then finished with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CC 2015
