Mostly I have problems at bedtime, lately I do not sleep much, at least as it would be normal and when I get to bed my dream is super light, any little thing takes my sleep immediately. My day is very hyperactive and I think of many things, I am the type of person who often dreams of what happened during the day, these thoughts go with me to bed and at bedtime they make me spend the night between asleep and awake With my mind invaded by so many things. Sometimes I dream of the drawing I made that day or something I planned to do.
It is what happened with this drawing, I have long wanted to do different things and in my garden there are many cayenne flowers. I saw them and I immediately got the idea of creating something using these beautiful flowers as inspiration. That idea accompanied me at night in my dreams where I witnessed a magical world where I was like a small magic flower that played its flute to cheer up the other beings that inhabited the forest, a place full of magic and much love and equality.
In the morning I jumped out of bed, with the exact idea of what I wanted my little magical being to be and I set out to make the sketch.
This time in the sketch I only made a few small lines to identify things, I wanted her to be sitting in a tree playing the flute, as she is not a normal person I did not stick so much to the proportions, but I definitely wanted her very feminine.
Choose some base colors but without neglecting the natural colors of the cayenne, many are pink, others more red. The other part of the green body that is like the stem, but I placed a small blouse [can't be naked over there. LOL] of a different color.
A few months ago I made a video of how to make a flower using the Ps finger tool, this time I used that technique for the flower, it helps a lot. The colors were intetifying and took a little shape.
My girl is in the forest so for the background I was going with something with many leaves, I worked on it a bit and made several and used the blur. She is playing a kind of flute that in the end is magical so I just placed something like a small power or brightness.
The arms like the same theme of the flower I wanted to do as if they were layers of the tayo that come out of it and the hands are like vines that can be rolled up and detached a little to form the fingers. The last thing I worked on was the face, I had some problems and I did it twice until it convinced me a little more.
The background I decided to change because it looks like a garden instead of a forest, so I placed some trees to simulate the forest, some lights that are like fireflies and the ambient light a little more nocturnal and I already had my drawing ready.

- Laptop
- Photoshop CS6
- Wacom Bamboo Create Tablet.
I worked on this drawing for about 12 or 15 hours counting only when drawing.
