Hello,
I was getting some seaweed and rice rolls at the mall, when I came across these giant origami swans!
They were so magnificent I wanted to share them with you. For those of you unfamiliar with origami I think an explanation is needed.

Origami 折り紙 is a Japanese compound word.

Origami, from ori meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper" (kami changes to gami due to rendaku)) is the art of paper folding, which is often associated with Japanese culture.

In modern usage, the word "origami" is used as an inclusive term for all folding practices, regardless of their culture of origin.

The goal is to transform a flat square sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques.

Now back to the giant origami, origami usually are small and fit into the palm of your hand.
In one of the pictures you can see the young mans arm and chest in the background, which gives you some size perspective.
