The swallows are migratory birds, of open field, that has adapted to the existence of the human being from sharing the spaces until to establish its habitat. Among the types of swallows we can highlight the common swallow or swallow-tailed swallow, African swallow, among others. It is a small bird, that builds very particular nests, let's see more about this beautiful bird and that within the fabulous adaptations that it has had towards the human being, it has been of great help for him. To know where the swallows live, it is important to know that, as its adjective indicates, it likes common areas, open fields, with shrubs of medium size and low vegetation, places like meadows, agricultural lands, in general that have nearby lakes or rivers. Because they are migratory birds, their preference will always be towards open spaces, places bordering mountainous areas. They seek to reproduce in different zones according to their original locality, but in particular areas of the northern hemisphere of the world, Europe, Africa, in other cases Middle East, and South America, can even reach Sri Lanka and New Guinea. Its diet includes, flies, grasshoppers, crickets, dragonflies, beetles, caracolero beetles, moths and any other smaller flying insect that can cross in its line of flight. You can see them also take their food, on the surface of the water, in fact gives the impression that fish, but in fact their diet is specific to insects. The swallow, is not part of the species in danger of extinction, despite having so many predators during the different stages of growth of the bird.
- Las golondrinas son aves migratorias, de campo abierto, que se ha adaptado a la existencia del ser humano desde compartir los espacios hasta para establecer su hábitat. Entre los tipos de golondrinas podemos destacar la golondrina común o golondrina tijereta, golondrina africana, entre otras. Es un ave pequeña, que construye nidos muy particulares, veamos más acerca de esta hermosa ave y que dentro de las fabulosas adaptaciones que ha tenido hacia el ser humano, ha sido de gran ayuda para él. Para saber donde viven las golondrinas es importante conocer que, como su adjetivo lo indica, le gusta áreas comunes, campos abiertos, con arbustos de tamaño medio y baja vegetación, lugares como prados, terrenos agrícolas, en general que tengan lagos o ríos cercanos. Por ser aves migratorias, su preferencia siempre será hacia espacios abiertos, lugares que bordean zonas montañosas. Buscan reproducirse en diferentes zonas de acuerdo a su localidad originaria, pero en particular zonas del hemisferio norte del mundo, Europa, África, en otros casos Medio Oriente, y Sudamérica, pueden incluso llegar a Sri Lanka y Nueva Guinea. Su dieta comprende, moscas, saltamontes, grillos, libélulas, escarabajos, escarabajos caracoleros, polillas y cualquier otro insecto volador de menor tamaño que pueda cruzarse en su línea de vuelo. Puedes verlos también tomar su alimento, sobre la superficie del agua, de hecho da la impresión que cazan peces, pero en realidad su dieta es específica de insectos. La golondrina, no forma parte de las especies en peligro de extinción, a pesar de tener tantos depredadores durante las diferentes etapas de crecimiento del ave.
