The New Way Forward Act: Signalling The End Of America

https://images.app.goo.gl/su1inyajg399723E7

In a piece of legislative sleight-of-hand written in nebulous "weasel-words" that can be taken many ways, the Democrats are attempting to relegate American citizens to second-class status while elevating illegal aliens- even those convicted of violent felonies- to being virtually untouchable by law enforcement. It's understandable why this has gone almost unreported by the Fake News Complex- it would cause an uproar from the public. The bill, sponsored by, "Chuy" Garcia of Illinois, the "Squad," Hank "Guam's gonna capsize" Johnson, Frederica "the Rodeo Clown" Wilson, and most of the House's Hispanic Democrats had an almost zero chance of getting through the Senate and even less chance of being signed is still important insofar as it reveals a lot about the direction in which the Democrats are heading. In short, it's one of the most anti-American pieces of legislation ever presented.

It begins by eradicating illegals being detained in privately owned prison or other detention facilities calling them inhumane. In fact it purports to cover "all persons of color," but in reading the bill it's obviously biased in favor of aliens- there's no mention of American blacks.

This is deceptive- whites and other citizens have endured more mistreatment than illegals... it is illegals in sanctuary cities committing crimes such as the murder of Kate Steinle and getting off scot free- the murderer wasn't even deported. The new act makes detaining illegals almost impossible... even the way it's written shows the bias:

Under the heading:  “(a) Arrest, Detention, And Release.— "

“(1) IN GENERAL.—On a warrant issued by an immigration judge, or pursuant to section 287(a)(2), the Secretary of Homeland Security may arrest an alien and, in accordance with this section, may, pending a decision on whether the alien is to be removed from the United States—“(A) detain the alien; or

“(B) release the alien—“(i) on bond;

“(ii) subject to conditions; or

“(iii) on the alien’s own recognizance.

Under the heading "Exceptions":

 “(3) PRESUMPTION OF RELEASE.—In a hearing under this subsection, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the alien should be released. The Government shall have the duty of rebutting this presumption by clear and convincing evidence based on credible and individualized information that establishes that the use of alternatives to detention will not reasonably assure the appearance of the alien at removal proceedings, or that the alien is a threat to another person or the community. The fact that an alien has a prior conviction or a criminal charge pending against the alien may not be the sole factor to justify the continued detention of the alien.

The Act always leans toward the "Least Restrictive Conditions..."

 “(4) LEAST RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS REQUIRED.—If an immigration judge determines pursuant to a hearing under this section that the release without conditions of an alien will not reasonably assure the appearance of the alien as required or will endanger the safety of any other person or the community, the immigration judge shall order the least restrictive conditions, or combination of conditions, that the judge determines will reasonably assure the appearance of the alien as required and the safety of any other person and the community, which may include secured or unsecured release on bond, or participation in a program described in subsection (i). Any conditions assigned to an alien pursuant to this paragraph shall be reviewed by the immigration judge on a monthly basis.

This based on the nebulous "Definitions":

 “(7) DEFINITION.—In this subsection, the term ‘vulnerable person’ means an individual who—“(A) is under 21 years of age or over 60 years of age;
“(B) is pregnant;
“(C) identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or intersex;
“(D) is victim or witness of a crime;
“(E) has filed a nonfrivolous civil rights claim in Federal or State court;
“(F) has a serious mental or physical illness or disability;
“(G) has been determined by an asylum officer in an interview conducted under section 235(b)(1)(B) to have a credible fear of persecution or a reasonable fear of persecution under section 208.31 or 241.8(e) of title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the New Way Forward Act);
“(H) has limited English language proficiency and is not provided access to appropriate and meaningful language services in a timely fashion; or
“(I) has been determined by an immigration judge or the Secretary of Homeland Security to be experiencing severe trauma or to be a survivor of torture or gender-based violence, based on information obtained during intake, from the alien’s attorney or legal service provider, or through credible self-reporting.

This includes everyone- subsection (H) "Limited English proficiency" is virtually everyone picked up. The rest of the bill is pretty much the same, I'll link it at the end, it isn't very long. Tucker Carlson did a pretty good synopsis on his show that includes reasons why it has been widely ignored by the MSM.

Similarly, Andrea Widburg was equally suspicious in an article in American Thinker:

 Thursday night, the phrase "New Way Forward Act" suddenly began to pop up on conservative Twitter accounts.  A little investigation revealed that Tucker Carlson, on his Thursday night show, did a segment on the New Way Forward Act, which is a proposed immigration bill currently pending in the House. The bill, which Tucker says is roughly the length of the U.S. Constitution, seeks to rewrite America's immigration laws so as to subordinate the rights of law-abiding American citizens to criminal aliens, whether those aliens came here legally or illegally.  It will destroy America as we know it.  Significantly, the media have said nothing about it.  This is strange, considering the bill's high profile in the House.

Now why they want to confiscate guns becomes obvious. Whenever governments want to take away guns it means they're up to something you might want to shoot them for. "And just how extreme is the bill?" Ms. Widburg asks:

  It does away with all border enforcement, stops the deportation of immigrants who have engaged in serious felonies or acts of moral turpitude, and allows immigration judges to step in and oversee federal criminal trials.  The most shocking thing, though, is that, when it comes to criminals already deported over the last twenty years for serious felonies or acts of moral turpitude, the bill requires that American taxpayers pay the billion or so dollars needed to bring all 480,000 of them back to America.

You read that right- the bill provides that the American taxpayer has to foot the bill for repatriating all illegals that have already been deported back to the US. The good news is that this monstrosity is unlikely to make it out of the House, and if it does it will likely die in the Senate- unless the Dems take it in November.In any event, it will take the Democrats controlling both houses of Congress and the presidency- or an unprecedented amount of voter fraud- to pass. Ms. Widburg seems to agree:

 1. If the Democrats were to take Congress and the White House, this bill could well become law.  The same Democrat presidential candidates who want to have open borders and provide free health care for illegal aliens will be perfecting [sic] happy to add in non-American criminals.
2. This bill is a slap in the face to those law-abiding people, both citizens and non-citizens, who have to share their communities with the new protected class of criminal foreigners.  It's not the bill's sponsors or supporters who have to share an apartment building with the child-molester who can't be sent away or have to hope their children won't be shot dead by the MS-13 gang member who's been flown back to America on the taxpayers' dime.  Instead, it's inner-city people — often minorities — who are going to find themselves at the mercy of criminals who were once sent back to the places from whence they came.

The significance of this bill- at least the attempt to push it through- shows the Democrats' disdain for their traditional voting blocks, blacks and Hispanics- the ones who were born here or came legally. The handwriting is on the wall, blacks and Hispanics are deserting the Democratic Party in droves and the desperate Dems have to replace them. Voter fraud in 2020 will be rampant, especially in minority precincts where it is already a problem. In places like Broward County, ballots are switched out... we can expect to see this elsewhere as well. There's another reason for this push as well- 2020 promises to be a violent election and the Dems are building an army- one that will fulfill what the cowards in ANTI-fa can't- actual violence from people who will attack more than the elderly and disabled. The Dems are bent on power and if they can't get it at the ballot box, they'll try to get it in the streets. The Fake News Complex will paint the violent illegals as victims in much the same way that the New Way Forward Act does. I guess you can call this The Plan B Act.
