We Gowan Party Like it’s Yo Berfday - Payitforward 1 Year Anniversary

I just heard about the crew over at @pifc celebrating their 52nd week on the platform, it’s like a #steemit birthday only different—congratulations! All they wanted for their birthday was to switch things up a little bit this week and, rather than curating a #new author, they ask that we re-visit any of our previously featured authors and curate one of their current articles—deal! Buuuutt...

First things first!

Thanks for keeping a good thing going @pifc, @thedarkhorse, sorry if I’m leaving anyone out, this is a great #community initiative! Shout out to the judges @lynncoyle1 (cool1), @trincowski, @viking-ventures and @tryskele. Now, to the rest of you reading this, you really should get in on this—here’s what will happen when you curate two authors for this #payitforward challenge:

  • You’ll meet cool people from the authors you’re featuring to comments on your page, the creators of this project and the judges for this #contest.

  • An opportunity to call out your wife out like, “@puravidaville, I challenge you to come over here and show off your cooking curating skills.”

  • Both you and your featured authors win #steembasicincome shares and a Steem bounty or some Steem bounty—I have no idea what Steem bounty is?! 🤔 But I know what @sbi shares are and they’re up for grabs for you and your features.

  • Scratch that last bullet! The prizes this week are... here, I’ll just show you what they said:

“As for the prizes, well this will be a EVERYONE WINS contest this week!”

  • You’ll get your name out too. Each judge and person following @pifc who visits your featured authors post will comment on their page and mention your name, explaining you led them there.

  • Lending your help to an undervalued post is good for the author and the community, why not pay them another visit? Look, a lot of cool things happen ok?! It’s a fun place to be, come on over and let me know what you think. At some point, though, you’ll have to stop running your thumbs about everything else and get to the features!

@alexkopreiko. I last featured this artist 28 days ago and, since then, Alex hasn’t missed a beat! I was happy the first time I found this author because he’s putting out original content on a daily basis. I see he’s still producing at a high level—at least six articles per week. In the past 28 days he’s built his reputation from a 25 to a 50 and even caught the attention of a few whales—congratulations, Alex! Check out his latest drawing, complete with progress pictures and a description—show him some #love for his contributions to the blockchain:

@shemzee. Another opportunity for me to help shemzee get his name out—my pleasure! If you haven’t heard this guy yet, you’re missing out. He’s a Bulgarian musician and songwriter with a big, deep voice who’s been really fun to watch! He’s been on the platform for one month now and has caught a few big trails already and caught the attention of a couple of big wallets—congratulations, shemzee! He’s still releasing one song per day and he just accepted a song request by me yesterday. I can’t wait! Check out this original song he just released four days ago:

It`s been a long, long time. Original song.

Update:

The Request I mentioned—shemzee just released it yesterday.
“7 Years,” a Lukas Graham original.

Incredible rendition, @shemzee, thank you!

Did you click on the two articles I just featured, huh, did ya?? Go click on them, c’mon, back me up on this! Check out their blogs and let them know what you think—don’t forget to hit their Upvote button. You know how pay it forward works.
