This photo was taken in Varanasi, India. Varanasi is the city of Shiva. One of India's holiest cities. The city is the beating heart of the Hindu universe. The intersection of the physical and the spiritual world. It is an early morning on the banks of the river Ganges. The Ganges is the river of salvation. A lasting and flowing symbol of hope for the past, present and future generations.
