Steemit is a blessing as it opens your eyes to the beauty around you. When I am driving around I am always looking to see what beautiful scenes, trees, flowers and more I can photograph for the steemit challenges.
So today I will just share some photos of beautiful flowers that I could not yet use in some of the challenges.
Above was another photograph that I took just after a rain shower.
How beautiful this Bougainvillaea flower stands out against the pale almost ugly background.
The above is a very common shrub that grows here with the beautiful colourful leaves. It is planted in groups and used as hedges or just on its own.
This is a Hibiscus plant with such beautiful leaves. The flowers about to open.
And voila, there is one bloom open and another just about to open. What is a shame is that the flowers last only two, maximum three days. So you must enjoy them to the fullest when they are blooming!
Look at this delicate feathery flower. The plant is a shrub or maybe a small tree in the garden of a friend.
