The blue sky appears as sunrise nears. Following very heavy rain a thick morning mist fills the air giving off a multicolored effect from the city lights. We are at the dewpoint temperature when evaporation causes condensation to occur without rain at ground level. evidently so, because I had to use my windshield wipers while driving to this location and had dew forming on my camera body, fortunately it didn't get on my lens. It was an amazing, beautiful experience and this was a surprise indeed.
