One of the most favourite Belgrade's monuments is St. Mark's Church. It was built between two world wars and with its distinctive Byzantine style is one of the most famous landmarks of Belgrade.
Recently, the church entrance is also adorned with a controversial monument to the Patriarch Pavle - modest and simple man and most beloved Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church probably in the whole history of the Church.
