One of the spring-summer birds in my area is the Barn Swallow.

This is a photo of a portion of my front yard. In the lower-left corner is a Japaneese Maple tree in front of an Indian Magic Crab-Apple tree. The right side of the photo shows my front door under an alcove where the Barn Swallow nest is located.
